A common challenge for rural schools is low stang numbers and high teacher to student ratios with teachers often being responsible for more than one grade. Rural schools also have a high turnover of teachers making continuity and productive community relationships challenging. In partnership with the education department and communities, we help source additional trained and local teachers and aim to provide productive teaching resources and living facilities for them.
